Our story

Sven & Kristel

We, Sven and Kristel, spent ten years searching for the perfect place, and here in Montalto delle Marche, we finally found our dream location. After a four-year journey of coming and going to create our new home, we left Belgium for good.

For 33 years, Kristel pampered her clients as a beauty specialist. She feels completely in her element when she can indulge guests with her natural sense of care. She shares this passion with her husband, Sven, a firefighter with his heart in the right place. With his experience as a landscape gardener, he creates a beautiful and comfortable home environment for their guests.

We have two wonderful children, Rani & Brent. They have both found their own path in Belgium and support us 100%.

Our agriturismo

Brezza di sera

We run our agriturismo as naturally as possible. Our vineyard and olive grove are fully organic and certified. The swimming pool is filtered in an alternative way using magnesium (Magna Pool), making it gentle on the skin.

We strive to leave the smallest possible ecological footprint by investing in alternative energy sources.
