Brezza di Sera
Brezza di sera stretches elegantly on its own hill. Brezza di sera strekt zich elegant uit op haar eigen heuvel. The main building with three apartments is located at an elevation of 360 meters, offering a 270° view. Just 200 meters away, three luxurious glamping tents provide an equally breathtaking vantage point. For an even more spectacular 360° experience, take a short climb of 30 meters to the top. We’ll gladly show you all the must-see spots for an unforgettable stay. The sea, nestled between the hills, is only a 20-minute drive away, while the majestic mountains glisten in the sunlight just an hour away. Additionally, you’ll find an abundance of culture, outdoor activities, and culinary delights nearby.
Except for the private residence in the main house, our property has no secrets for our guests, with plenty of charm. The main building houses a Cantina with a covered terrace, where guests can relax and enjoy a drink. On cooler days, the warmth from the wood stove adds a homely touch to the space.
Next to the house, you’ll find the common garden, where you can take a refreshing dip in the infinity pool with panoramic views.
For some extra relaxation, Kristel offers wellness treatments by appointment, using top Italian products from [Comfort Zone]. These treatments are aimed at stimulating all the senses, offering a special experience for the body, mind and soul.
Halfway between the tents and the house, you can enjoy a friendly game on the petanque court.
The agricultural part of our estate consists of two truffle forests (one with summer truffles and one with winter truffles), a vineyard where we love working ourselves, and from which we produce our own wine – a delight we are excited to share with our guests. From our olive trees, we make delicious olive oil.

Our infinity outdoor pool
Our 12m by 6m outdoor pool, located near the house, is a hybrid pool that is alternatively filtered with magnesium (Magna pool). This keeps the water wonderfully soft and your skin healthy. The pool has an overflow, allowing you to swim while taking in the breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape.
The spacious terrace around the pool is equipped with loungers, offering the perfect spot to fully relax.

Our cantina & communal Terrace
On the lower floor of our house, you will find the Cantina.
A cozy space perfect for unwinding. Inside, you’ll find a pool table, a library, and a selection of board games for a relaxing time with friends and family.
Outside there is a beautiful covered terrace overlooking the garden, the pool, and the expansive landscape, with the Adriatic Sea sparkling in the distance.
For a unique experience, we have created a space where guests can cook for themselves with an OFYR barbecue, adding a touch of culinary adventure to your stay.

Rest time is respected between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am.
Parking is available on site.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is prohibited on the premises, including in the apartments, glamping tents, and terraces, except in designated areas. This is due to the high fire risk in the region.

Apero
Join us on Sunday afternoon for a welcome drink with appetizers. This is also an ideal moment to meet the other guests. We will also share our passion for the area, telling you about the must-see spots and hidden gems.
Food and drinks
Would you like to enjoy a delicious breakfast basket the morning after your arrival? Then order it at least two days in advance. The breakfast basket is offered at a small additional fee.
Once a week we like to treat you to a pizza night. We will reveal to you the secrets of the pizzaiola and if you’re feeling adventurous, you can even make your own pizza.
Prefer to be your own chef? Good idea, light the barbecue at your tent, on your terrace or use your fully equipped kitchen to make your own meals.
Low season offer (from September 16 to June 14)
During low season, a minimum stay of three nights is required. A breakfast basket is available upon request for an additional fee (to order 2 days in advance).
Upon arrival, we welcome you with a drink and provide an overview of the accommodation.
Terms of payment
TERMS OF PAYMENT
A 40% deposit is required within 7 days after booking confirmation.
The remaining balance is due no later than 4 weeks before arrival.
