Grape picking
From mid-September to the first week of October, it’s harvest time in Brezza di Sera. Have you always dreamed of participating in a grape harvest? Now is your chance. After the picking, we head to our “winery” where we’ll transform the grapes into must to kickstart the vinification process. Throughout the week, you will follow the fascinating steps of this process.
This week we also visit the cooperative where we will bring much of our harvest. This includes a wine tasting and we get to taste a variety of local wines from the region.
On the days you join us for grape picking, we will provide a snack in the afternoon and a nice dinner with a glass of wine to end the day.

Culinary wine trip
Join us on a journey through the region’s top wineries, where you’ll experience the unique flavors of local wines. And since wine and food go hand in hand, we’ll take you to some of the finest culinary destinations, pairing wines with exquisite regional dishes.
You will get a hands-on experience in the winemaking process, with practical demonstrations that will deepen your understanding of this craft.
This package is available in low season for groups of a least 8 people. A culinary workshop can also be arranged, where you’ll learn to make your own pasta, use our olive oil in dishes, or work with truffles to create authentic Italian recipes.
This package is available for three nights in the low season and can be customized to fit your preferences.

There is nothing quite like the taste of fresh olive oil, but do you know how it is made and how to fully appreciate its flavors? Join us for a guided tour of the olive press, where you’ll discover the entire process behind creating this liquid gold. By the end of the activity, the secrets of olive oil will be yours to savor and enjoy.

Our region offers a variety of cycling routes, whether you prefer coastal paths, scenic courses through charming villages, or thrilling MTB trails alongside picturesque roads.
Don’t want to bring your own bike? No problem. Bike rentals are available nearbyyou’re your convenience.
For hiking enthusiasts, the Monti Sibillini National Park in the Appenines is easy accessible from here, offering blissful hiking trails for all levels. We have mapped out some beautiful walks for you to explore at your own pace.
In our Cantina you’ll find a folder with detailed maps, featuring recommended walks, including directions to the starting points and all the necessary information to guide you along the trail.
In addition to hiking and cycling, there are plenty of other activities to enjoy in the area, such as rafting, horseback riding, paragliding, or simply swimming and relaxing by a beautiful waterfall.

Truffle hunting
Did you know that on December 16, 2021, Italian truffle hunting was added to Unesco’s World Heritage List?
At Brezza di Sera, you can experience the thrill of being a truffle hunter both in summer and winter.
In June and July, we regularly head out in the mornings to search for these prized delicacies, and in the evening, you can join us for a pizza night to unwind.
During December and January, the Nero Pregiato (winter truffle) reaches its peak ripeness, and you can join us again for another exciting truffle hunt. We can even organize a culinary trip during this season, where you’ll get to work with this delicious treasure and learn how to incorporate it into gourmet dishes.
