Each apartment has its own private entrance and accommodates two, four, or six guests, all featuring spacious terraces with stunning views. In collaboration with Bart Daemen Design, we have created interiors that are warm, cozy and modern, while preserving beautiful authentic elements.
Every apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. They all have mosquito screens and interior shutters, for complete darkness when needed. A cooling system keeps the space comfortably fresh on warm days, ensuring a pleasant night’s sleep in a healthy environment. During cooler seasons, underfloor heating provides cozy warmth for year-round comfort.
Apartement
Rosmarino
A spacious two-room apartment (52m2) for two people, with an extra sofa bed (160×200) in the living room. Rosmarino is located on the ground floor. Its private terrace offers breathtaking views of the Sibillini Mountains.
You enter into a bright living are with a fully equipped kitchen, dining space, and seating area. From here, you access the bathroom, which includes a sink and a spacious walk-in shower. At the back, there is a separate toilet.
The ensuite bedroom features a luxurious bed (180×210) with an exceptionally comfortable mattress, ensuring a restful night’s sleep.

Salvia
A spacious three-room apartment (60m2) for 4 guests, with an extra sofa bed (160×200) in the living room. Salvia is located on the ground floor and has a terrace with sea view.
Step through the beautiful authentic front door into the living area, with includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining space, and sitting area. From here, you enter the sleeping area. This is one large open space with a central unit containing the bathroom with sink, shower and separate toilet. Each sleeping room can be closed off with a sliding door. One features a double bed (180×210), while the other room has two single beds (90×210) that can be merged into a double bed.
The entire apartment has the traditional ceiling of the region.

A spacious four-room apartment (72m2) for six guests, with an extra sofa bed (160×200) in the living room. Origano is located on the second floor and is accessible via a private external staircase, leading to a large rooftop terrace that has a wonderful 270° view of the sea and the Sibillini Mountains.
You enter the living area, which includes a beautifully furnished kitchen and dining space. The master bedroom has a double bed (180x 210), a private sink, and a freestanding bathtub.
From the living area, you can access the other bedrooms. This is one large space with a central unit housing the bathroom with sink, shower and separate toilet. Each sleeping area can be closed off with a sliding door. One room has a double bed (180×210) and the other two single beds (90×210) which can be joined together to make a double bed.
