To Brezza di Sera
For the name of our home in Italy, we combined our two family names, Van Avondt and Bries, into “Evening Breeze” – Brezza di Sera in Italian. It seems destined: in the late afternoon, a gentle, refreshing breeze drifts down from the mountains, bringing a sense of peace to this fantastic place.
Our agriturismo offers one of the most breathtaking views of Le Marche’s unspoiled nature. Every season, a picturesque patchwork landscape unfolds, revealing a hidden gem. It’s an unknown region that in terms of beauty is in no way inferior to the more famous Tuscany.
Here we have created a unique place of tranquility, where we do everything we can to make you feel at home in a relaxed atmosphere. Our agriturismo includes a 3.5-hectare vineyard, olive trees, and two woodlands – one with summer truffles and one with black truffles. We also cultivate a diverse vegetable garden and a fruit orchard, which we love to share with our guests.
Le Marche offers the perfect blend of sea, mountains, culture, and exquisite food and wine. Over the years, we have explored this beautiful region during unforgettable vacations, discovering countless charming spots that we are eager to share with you. After ten years of searching for the perfect place, we finally found our dream home here in Montalto delle Marche – and we can’t wait to welcome you!

In collaboration with Bart Daemen Design, we have created warm, modern interiors while preserving charming authentic elements. Each apartment features a spacious private terrace with stunning views, providing the perfect blend of comfort and coziness for a well-deserved retreat.

Looking for a deeper connection with nature? Experience the ultimate getaway in one of our three luxurious glamping tents, each featuring a private terrace and a spacious 600m² garden. Designed for comfort, they come fully equipped with modern amenities, including air conditioning and a dishwasher – and one even offers a private jacuzzi.
All our glamping tents provide the same level of comfort as our apartments.

Brezza di sera stretches elegantly on its own hill. Brezza di sera strekt zich elegant uit op haar eigen heuvel. The main building with its three apartments and three glamping tents, sits at an altitude of 360 meters, providing a 270° view. For a truly spectacular 360° view, simply climb another 30m to the hilltop. We are happy to guide you to the region’s hidden gems for an unforgettable vacation. The sea, nestled between the hills, is only a 20-minute drive away, while the majestic mountains glisten in the sunlight just an hour away. Whether you seek culture, outdoor adventure, or culinary delights, you’ll find plenty to explore nearby.
